Our special this week is a green herb shoyu created by our kitchen team member Jake. Jake is only 19 but is learning fast - a really hard worker who is dedicated to the craft.
We opened on Friday and I still can't believe it. I'm so thankful to everyone who helped make this happen. Come visit and try our new ramen - our menu right now is built around miso ramen which is perfect for the cold January weather.
